Lets start this review with a huge WOW! This is how fine dining should look and feel like. Perfection is a vision and mission of this people and customer satisfaction is experience you will have here. If you feel up to this amazing service, food and ambient then do not whine abut the price. I'll be back!

I had the opportunity to dine at 'Al Dente' a week after they opened in Rovinj. I'm so glad we got to try their restaurant because the food is incredible, the service excellent, and they have a range of ultra-premium wines and spirits. We enjoyed it a lot! Plus, they are located right next to the waterfront, very centric, and perfect for a seaside walk after the meal. They told me that they have another Restaurant in Zagreb, so if I ever visit the capital, I'll definitely go! Thank you, 'Al Dente' team, for the dinner and the experience :) it was wonderful!

A small, elegant restaurant close to the marina with truly exceptional and very attentive service. Thanks to Jurica! Fantastic cuisine, a small menu but guaranteed fresh and delicious. An absolute recommendation. We'll be back.

We were in Rovinj for a week, and stumbled upon Al Dente. The food was so good ! They put so much thought in the decor, food, food presentation... The garçon was so friendly and kind, he introduced himsel before he started explaining the menu. And although it's a chic restaurant they're not stuck up or anything like that. The atmosphere is so welcoming and joyfully, you can be casual dressed or well dressed, it won't change the way welcome you. Apparently this restaurant has only been open for 2 months, so not a lot of poeple know of it. It's not a usual restaurant, the food is more like delicacies, so the portion are on the small side. So be sure to enjoy the everything and the experience! I highly, highly recommend going there !

The best dinner we had on our entire vacation. From the start our waiter Darko was very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes. Appetizers, wine and main course were amazing. A true dining experience that you cannot miss. Also try the Aura liqueur at the end of your dinner it’s amazing!
